Warranty

Effective April, 2010, Alaskan Fireplace’s Fireside Hearth & Home shall provide a one year replacement warranty on materials and workmanship on it’s Creative Borders product to keep your borders looking beautiful. Your one year warranty will also cover any cracks in the face of the border that exceeds 1/16th of an inch. Excluded from this expressed warranty are hairline cracks, damage caused by vandalism, or heavy equipment* movement over or around the borders. Severe natural causes are also not covered. The concrete edging is a very durable product but it does have its limitations with heavy objects. We recommend re-sealing every year after to help prevent color fading and to resist staining from natures droppings.  Re-sealing also helps your borders fight the destructive forces of Wisconsin winters.

*Mower wheels will not damage your border, however the warranty will not cover the weight of a farm-type tractor, landscape tractor, excavation equipment, snow removal equipment, or other heavy equipment.
